We are a multi-disciplinary Practice with expertise in both quantity surveying and building surveying, formed in 1993 by the joining of two established practices - Frederick Associates and Hearl Gray.

The Practice's combination of experience andf professional service has proved ideal for the needs of our clients, who are confident we are able to provide comprehensive advice from project inception to completion.

Our Team

Charles Lewis is a Director of the Practice and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience.

Graham Hearl is a Director of the Practice and a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years experience.

Edward Hawkins is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 12 years experience.

John Bower is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years experience. He specialises in pre-purchase reports and valuations for all types of residential property, with special expertise in period and high value housing in the West London suburbs.

Darren Smith is a Building Surveyor with extensive knowledge in building technology.
